RETURNS AND REFUNDS


RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your L&S product(s), but don't worry, we are able to accept domestic returns within 14 days of receipt and 21 days of receipt for all international orders. All we require you to do is download and fill out the returns slip (which can be found here) and send it back to us telling us why it wasn't right for you. Just be sure that your L&S item(s) haven’t been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. Products must still be in their original condition with all tags still attached. If you purchased a “Sale Item”, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.

It is your responsibility to ensure the product(s) reaches us, as we will not process the refund until we have received the item(s). We recommend you track your parcel to ensure your refund can be processed hassle free.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed through your original payment method (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal). Unfortunately we are unable to refund any duties, taxes or shipping charges you may have incurred. All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned product has been received. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

FAULTY GOODS

Before sending out your L&S purchases, the L&S team thoroughly checks all garments to make sure they are in perfect condition. If for some reason the L&S product(s) you received are faulty, please contact us via email on info@lunarandstorm.com and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
